This book is designed to empower you to discover your vision, see the beauty of YOU, feel good about yourself, help you remember who you are, what you know and to discover the power you have to create a better life through self-love, and the power of your thoughts.
You might not realize this, but many of the things you do so freely —saying ‘yes’ to things you should be saying ‘no’ to, acting in ways that are not congruent with your truth just so you could get the love and approval of those around you, staying in situations, places, and relationships that are toxic and unhealthy, etc., are nothing but ways in which you give your power away to forces outside of you. And because I know what a dangerous thing that is, I wanted to share with you a few ways in which you can take back your power and be true to yourself again.
