Applicable Law

The sole jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be Florida State and U.S. Federal courts sitting in the County of Miami Dade. In any action or proceeding to enforce rights under this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover costs and attorneys’ fees.

Remedies for Breach of These Terms by You
