My History
I am an experienced master coach in the beauty industry and a passionate speaker. I have a proven track record for driving sales, inspiring teams and improving business operations in all aspects of the beauty industry. My approach is based on empowering people by communicating a clear vision, encouraging self-improvement, and demonstrating my ability to create well-defined, relevant, and achievable goals. I believe there is power in diversity, unity, and love.
I got my start in the beauty industry as a young model. Not long after, I was introduced to the hair care industry and became a salon owner. I experienced first-hand the challenges that many business owners experience, including lack of professionalism and enthusiasm amongst team members. This inspired me to develop a coaching system to train and motivate professionals from a variety of industries to deliver an experience that customers deserve that imparts love, happiness, and genuinely good vibes.
For more than 20 years, I successfully used my coaching systems as a Regional Director for John Paul Mitchell Systems. In this role, I trained industry professionals all along the Eastern Coast, from Florida to upstate New York. I can bring this same approach to your business to help you achieve results and take things to the next level.
